Tammy Neifert
Tammy Neifert is a Property Manager and Broker/CEO of the Titan Equity Asset Management, divisions of Neifert Investment Group, Inc. in Roseville CA. She began her career in real estate investment in 2002 with the purchase of her first rental in the Sacramento area. She continued her love as an investor and now owns and manages properties in two states. She has been a licensed Realtor and broker for over 14 years after obtaining her bachelor degree in psychology for CSUS.
In 2006, Tammy opened Titan Real Estate Professionals where she owns and manages a real estate company. After many frustrating situation with property management companies of my own investments, she opened a TEAM in 2009 to fill in the gaps of service.
She has been a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Placer County Boards of Realtors. Trained as a property manager, real estate investor and broker, Tammy has used this knowledge, education and experience to help investors achieve their real estate goals.
Tammy’s current focus as owner and broker of Titan Equity Asset Management has been researching properties for her client's real estate investments, advising clients on their portfolio and goals, and helping them reach their retirement goals through the management of their real estate properties.

My name is Jeremy Neifert the newest TEAM member. As a new real estate licensee and property manager, I am committed to providing top-notch service and professionalism to our clients and tenants. I bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
I have had the unique opportunity to learn from my mother, Tammy Neifert, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Under her guidance, I have gained a thorough understanding of the responsibilities of a property manager, including marketing properties, managing leases, conducting regular property inspections, and addressing maintenance issues.
At TEAM, I am eager to put my skills and knowledge to work. Whether it's negotiating leases, overseeing maintenance and repairs, or handling financial reporting, I am dedicated to ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and running smoothly. I am committed to building strong relationships with both property owners and tenants and to providing effective and efficient property management services.
